RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Email us at krarkrar08.z6@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full at no cost.

Non-Returnable
Items returned after 30 days or in used condition cannot be refunded.
